Visitor Express Privacy Policy
INTRODUCTION
At NetFM, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors and users of our web sites, software and systems. In particular, we want you to know that NetFM is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing.
But just in case you don’t believe us, we’ve provided lots of detailed information in this privacy policy on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. This policy relates specifically to information held by Visitor.Express and is in addition to NetFM’s general privacy policy. All data is held securely and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. WHERE WE GET YOUR DATA FROM We only store information directly provided by yourself or your host. NetFM take no part in data scraping or use any external agencies for data collection. The relationship is entirely between you and ourselves.
TYPES OF DATA WE HOLD The information stored and processed by the Visitor.Express system is limited to your title, name, email address, phone number, company and vehicle registration(s). Some Visitor.Express client systems may also request your address and postcode for use in prioritising parking permissions based on home location. All information gathered is for exclusive use by the Visitor.Express system only.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA We use your data to communicate with you regarding your bookings or your visit. We do no direct marketing with this data and will never pass any of your details onto any third parties.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA? Your data is held in a secure database with controls in place to limit who has access to it. We will never sell your data to other organisations.
HOW IS YOUR DATA MAINTAINED? You can update your own data within your profile in the Visitor.Express application. Similarly, your system administrator or host can update your details within the Visitor.Express system.
YOUR RIGHTS You may update your information and/or request a copy of any information held by NetFM at any time. To do so please see the “Contact Us” section on page 2 of this document.
